Our Sunshine Women went down in their semi this morning 89-81 in overtime. The ladies played hard and gave it their best crack with only 6 players (finishing the game with 4 players on the court).

The Newcastle Falcons are excited to announce the signing of Australian Opals prodigy Isla Juffermans for the 2024 NBL1 East season.
A Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Suns junior and Sydney Flames development player, 18-year-old Isla is one of the rising stars of Australian basketball. Isla represented the Opals on a tour of China in September after wearing the green-and-gold at the FIBA U19 World Cup in Spain this year and U17 World Cup in Hungary in 2022.
