The new multi-million dollar upgrade to Coffs Harbour Indoor Sports Stadium is complete and ready for action.
The upgrade included an additional basketball court on the eastern section of the building and expanding two smaller courts to make them standard size.
All was in readiness for Coffs Harbour to host the opening round of the Basketball NSW representative season and is now in use for all domestic competition players.
Funding for the upgrade was provided from the federal government ($6.3 million) and the state government ($1.1 million) and will allow Coffs Harbour to attract regional, state and national basketball tournaments.
