The Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Coaching Program is introduced as a comprehensive and supportive program for basketball coaches. It caters to coaches of all levels and provides training, mentorship, and resources for continuous growth. The program emphasises the important role of coaches in shaping young athletes and offers practical experience at various levels of competition. The community of coaches fosters collaboration and learning, and the program includes coaches who currently assist with state teams, showcasing the quality and expertise of the program. Clear pathways for career advancement are available, and interested individuals are encouraged to join and make a positive impact on young athletes’ lives. The ‘Suns System’, introduced in 2025 has also been developed to support our coaches and athletes as they continue their basketball journey with CHBA.
