A few notes to consider for families Involved:

Representative Basketball requires a significant commitment from the families of participating children, which needs to be considered, ahead of try-outs.

Cost: Approximately $700-$1000 (court booking fees, uniforms, competition entry costs) + additional travel/ accommodation expenses.

Training: Teams will train twice per week.

Team management: A parent or group of parents/carers will be required to manage the team their child participates in.

Travel: Parents/ carers will need to facilitate travel for their child to and from each Representative round. This may include traveling as far as Ballina and Illawarra and staying for whole weekend.

Benching Obligations: Every child must have a parent /carer who can do bench (on a roster system) for each Representative round.
